About Marion Strooper
Ik ben mijn loopbaan begonnen in de horeca. Door gezinsuitbreiding en meer om meer tijd voor ons gezin te hebben ben ik mij gaan omscholen tot pedicure. In 2006 ben ik als ZZP-er mijn eigen bedrijf hierin begonnen en in 2011 heb ik mij bekwaamd tot medisch pedicure. Doordat mijn leven in 2016 een andere wending kreeg ben ik in 2017 gestopt als ZZP-er en ben ik als zij-instromer de BBL opleiding ingegaan tot verzorgende IG. Ik heb nooit geweten dat ik de zorg zo leuk zou vinden, vanaf dag 1 vond ik het erg leuk en dat vind ik nog steeds. Ik heb als verzorgende IG gewerkt in de intramurale thuiszorg, in de thuiszorg in de wijk en in een woonzorg locatie met complexe zorg op de somatische afdeling. Op dit moment werk ik bij Aristozorg in de locatie Ten Anker. Ik werk daar in de intramurale thuiszorg maar wordt ook regelmatig ingezet op de Eerstelijns verblijf afdeling. Op dit moment ben ik in opleiding voor verpleegkundige niveau 4 en ik hoop in februari 2023 mijn diploma te behalen.Het omgang met de mensen vind ik erg leuk en ik verzorg ze dan ook van uit het standpunt, als ik zelf nu zorg nodig had hoe zou ik dat dan willen? Ik ben rustig en geduldig en kan goed luisteren. Ik ben flexibel, leergierig en een harde werker. Ik sta open voor veranderingen en uitdagingen.
