Our current world is in a state of uncertainty, this can create an incredible amount of stress and strain and at the same time holds untapped opportunities, the potential exists for develop and be quite innovative in the choices we make in responding to the uncertainty. My roles support exploring the potential as well as navigating the challenge. I work as a coach, facilitator, and process designer. As a coach to leaders, I provide a safe environment for courageous thinking to take place, for experimentation and for unlearning and adapting. I support leaders who realise that their value comes from authentically facing the tasks requiring attention, listening to the larger system nudges, AND ensuring the wellbeing of the individuals and teams responsible for achieving goals and deliverables.As a process designer I curate spaces, creating an environment that is conducive to exchange and sharing. A space wherein individuals, organisations and stakeholders can come together to reflect, collaborate, share thinking and expertise to co-create solutions to challenges that impact humanity. As a facilitator, I hold space and facilitate these processes so that individuals and organisations represented can meet their joint objectives in a participatory and inclusive manner.I believe that ingenuity lies within the diversity held in groups, the realm of influence is strengthened through collaboration. Whether we look at processes, functions, structure, outcomes, guidelines, and relationships within our systems - creating conditions that invite the emergence of what we cannot do alone, results in successes that are re-generative and healthy. This world requires a courageous shift in how we approach challenges - a shift that incorporates a way of seeing ourselves, as connected to the world - and that shift requires boldness, humility, fearlessness, and support. It also requires the ability to attune to the health of these systems and to respond with cognitive empathy and innovative ways to reduce stress, fatigue, and burnout in the workplace. Specialty areas include: 1. Senior and Executive Coaching focusing on transitions and uncertainty, leadership and team development and wellbeing. 2. Process design and facilitation of knowledge exchanges that harness collective intelligence across multi-stakeholder groups and regional programmes.3.
