CurrentI oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion.I oversee project execution, resource management, and quality control in our glass and glazing operations.In this role, I am responsible to:Recruit, onboard, and train employees to achieve sales and profitability.Develop and maintain budgets and resource allocation plans.Lead project planning and execution, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to budget.Manage resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materials.Enforce quality and safety standards throughout project lifecycle.Cultivate relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.Provide leadership and support to field personnel.Our focuses are in:Storefront, Window Wall, Curtainwall, Custom Shower Enclosures, Architectural Glass Manufacturing, Door Systems, and other industry-related work.
