I first started as a contracted employee through West Valley Staffing Agency and was hand picked as a full time employee after months of different roles. Through my work, I played a vital role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring that every interaction with Tesla leaves a positive impression. I thrived in this fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, and where drive and collaboration were key to success. As an Inside Sales Specialist at Tesla, my role was dynamic and multifaceted, requiring me to engage with various teams and constantly adapt to new technologies and processes. Working closely with different departments such as delivery, in-store sales associates, and used vehicle sales, I serve as a crucial link that ensures a seamless experience for our clients.One of my key responsibilities is piloting the newest software for sales on chat, leveraging cutting-edge tools to engage with customers in real-time and provide them with the information, and support they needed to make informed decisions about Tesla products. This involves not only mastering the software myself but also training others on its use and best practices. I was also apart of the “war room” assisting delivery team and sales team with movement, logistics of vehicle’s to meet goals each end of quarter. In addition to managing sales inquiries via chat, I also handle incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
