With over 50 years experience in the Professional Land Surveying business, I have a proven and diversified track record in all market sectors, including Oil and Gas, Land Development, Transportation, Public Infrastructure, Electric Transmission, and Real Estate (ALTA). I established Clark Surveying in Houston in April,1977, servicing the entire State of Texas. Sole owner for 30 years. I have previously had offices in Dallas and San Antonio as well as Houston. I acquired two smaller survey firms along the timeline and in December, 1997, I purchased Geogram Corp. from Lockwood Andrews and Newnam and merged their survey group into Clark. I renamed and rebranded as CLARK-GEOGRAM, INC. Within the next 18 months, I expanded to nearly 150 personnel in three offices. I have provided services which include: full service Civil Engineering Design surveys for land development, transportation, city, county, and state projects; Land surveys for: commercial, industrial, real estate surveys, topographic surveys for engineering design, construction lay-out, as-built surveys; oil and gas industry surveys for the Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream sectors including environmental surveys for well sites, pipelines, monitor wells, bore holes, wetlands locations; transportation surveys, , horizontal and vertical control surveys utilizing GPS.My goal with all clients is to provide quality surveying services, competitive pricing, and unequaled responsiveness.
