I have 7+ yrs. of Recruiting experience. Search for candidates (ie: Monster, Careerbuilder, Linkened, Boolean searches, job boards & referrals. I have experience on company's proprietary applicant tracking systems as well as Bullhorn. I have worked with a vendor management system (entering candidates, tracking them, receiving messages/updates & new ). Contact candidates, write up a bios (included skills, contact info, best time for phone/skype/lync or face to face interview & rate), format resumes & submit to the account mgr..Follow up with the account mgr. and the candidate, keeping the candidate informed along the way. If an interview is requested, I coordinate with the client and the candidate. On occasion, if the account mgr. can not meet with the candidate, prior to the interview, I accompany the candidate & deliver him/her to the hiring mgr.I follow up with the account mgr. for feedback & relay information to the candidate.When an offer is extended, I relay the offer to the candidate and coordinate start dates and initial paperwork.I also worked with offshore recruiters training them & vetting their candidates.Arranged their candidates interviews, followed up with the account manager and clients as well.I have medical experience from working in Retail Pharmacy, Hospital Pharmacy Surgery Unit and a Pharmaceutical software company (Trainer, Customer Support and Chain Account Manager).
