Manages all facets of donor-funded international exchange program for undergraduate students. Developed 12 evaluation instruments to measure learning outcomes of citizen science projects. Collected, coded, and analyzed qualitative data from online surveys and in-person focus groups. Administered surveys to more than 40,000 individuals to test effectiveness and validity of evaluation tools. Co-authored evaluation guide for citizen science practitioners. Disseminated evaluation products and managed database of individuals and projects using those products. Created annual reports of survey data to present results to program directors.
