Ascent Decor launched its new brand in the domestic market on May 31st 2013 and I played a vital role in bringing this about. Involved intimately with conceptualisation, design direction, colour direction, research of new constructions involving trips to Showrooms in Dubai and around the domestic market for inspirations for constructions - working not only from the office but to going hands on at the mill to ensure quality control to fit the tight deadline of the launch. Designed the logo and initial branding of Ascent Decor and RUMORS, created the final book layouts & product naming, swatch detailing, colour rotation of all SKU’s launched. Worked closely with Aikya Global, who were the event managers for the Launch to bring about final brochures and graphic profiling for the event.

A company based out of Bangalore that specializes in retailing garments. Designed their visiting cards, brochures, print ads and graphic company branding for their various events.

RTPL was founded in June 2011 and I, am proud to say, was the first employee of the same. Being involved from initial branding of the company, to creation of the Logo, letter heads and creative graphic branding of the company was one of my responsibilities. Managing a team of artistic and technical experts, involved from conceptualisation, colour direction, weave finalisation for coordinated collections and individual stand alone fabrics, Customer developments, visual presentation and final rotation for the Fairs. Having no in house production, interacted with vendors for various developments and ensured on time delivery of samples.

Eastern Silks is a silk company based in Bangalore. Job profile included co-ordinating a design team and managing customer projects & developments related to design in jacquards and embroideries for furnishing and fashion, apart from day-to-day designing. Developed my skill of putting together Low-cost Collections for the Middle East market and High End products combining mediums for value additions. Interacted with various designers from different design schools and consultants who were involved with the company to get fresh insights and inputs.

Joined the team to start off successfully creating designs for jacquard, print and embroideries for both the fashion and furnishing market. Visited MoODs in September 2008 to get inspiration for designing the upcoming Collection.

Worked with Mulberry Silks, a prestigious silk export company based in Bangalore. Creating designs for jacquards, digital prints and embroideries apart from dealing with customer requirements which were part of my day to day routine.

Created cost effective designs for cotton jacquards, stripes and embroideries with various colour combinations to create a marketable collection.
