• Nigerian Erha project included the pre-commissioning of 4 umbilicals included flying lead and SDUs.My responsibilities included:- Engineering:
• Preparation of technical scope of work, Pre-commissioning methodology, test procedure, flying lead and valve matrix.
• Follow up pre-commissioning supplier for the mobilisation and test of equipments. Revue of supplier documentation.
• In charge of the interface with SPS contractor, FPSO contractor, and installation enginner. Preparation of material list, topside/vessel layout and facilities.
• Preparation of requisition for fluids, PPE.- Executive Phase:
• Assist in Heavy lift vessel (HLV) mobilisation in umbilical manufacturer yard, umbilical load out monitoring and post load out test witness. Instruct HLV crew for umbilical monitoring during transit.

• Manage and train projects engineers on umbilical pre-commissioning.
• Assist to weekly meeting with sub-contractors.
• Review sub-contractor documentation
• Supervise engineers from office during mobilization and offshore operation
• Review final documentation and operation reports.

• The design, fabrication and installation of SIV Control system. This includes design of sensors (pressure, temperature, valve indicator), Electrical and Hydraulic Flying Leads, topside local control panel, Topside.
• The design, fabrication and installation of Riser monitoring System. This includes design of sensors (pressure, temperature, Motion, strength, depth), Electrical Flying Leads, electrical cables with terminations.
• Preparation of specification and requisition for SIV control and RTMS.
• Review of supplier documentation.
• In charge of interface with FPSO contractor and Subsea 7 structure engineer. Assist to meeting in Korea with DSME.- Executive Phase:
