This multicultural team includes: French, Italian and German people.• Participation to the improvement of operators' performance by creating, organizing and scheduling different type of general and personalized training sessions adapted to the needs.• Creation of user-friendly documents for the Mentors and Shadowers.• Organization and animation of Mentor Meetings to identify recurrent issues and find solutions by planning organizing specific clarifications or training sessions.• Main point of contact between operators and the Management regarding Training, policy, workflow and performance.• Call Coaching management• Mentor of up to 60 people: Supporting, motivating, helping operators ramping up on new policies and procedures* Responsible for coaching new hires and under-performers (shadowing sessions, call coaching, training on best practices and workarounds)* Liaising with the team leader to identify needs across the team* Anchor Mentor: Scheduling the Mentor's time slots on the weekly roster, conducting a Call Quality Program once per month and sending feedback emails to a team of 25 operators.* Disputer/Arbiter: Solving disputes on edge cases between operators and quality controllers in accordance to Google maps policies and workflows

Training Mentor :• Giving trainings and shadowings to new hired operators or under-performing evaluators.• Giving feedbacks and participating to weekly meetings with team leads to plan the trainings• Point of contact for policy and workflow questions in a multicultural team (100 evaluators).• Working on internal special projects : dealing with specific data issues, testing software before it is launched onsite.• Doing call coaching for evaluators• Checking and approving the dispute• Managing Mentoring hours• Doing evaluators eval on their performance• Answering all questions on a special trix with the policy and workflowQuality Control :• Checking the accuracy and the quality of listings fixed by evaluators• Grading evaluators’ work, sending back listings that are not treated properly by referring to Google policy• Final approval regarding the end state of the listing

I had to organize a lot of things and for that day, I was the main first aid with a team of firefighters and I was responsible for all logistics. * Manage temporary staff and apprentice employees about paperwork, payroll, time management… * Prepare payroll and distribute pay slips. * Train students and my two substitutes. * Develop a new software with a temporary agency.* In charge of the intern communication, the payroll and time management.
