I was in regular contact with the salesman and the project manager both internally and with the supplier externally, in order to guarantee a high level of service for the customer.To do this, I collected the orders of these customers and then analyzed and asserted the contractual terms of the customer / supplier contract. I then coordinated the execution of orders from A to Z until they were invoiced with administrative teams.For other clients, I was also responsible for coordinating the production activities in Germany up to the installation: Production Planning, Coordination of the various suppliers and the logistics service provider, Supply management.I was also required to control and manage financial KPIs: projection of turnover, margin on sales orders, outstanding customer invoices.At the same time, I also worked as a logistics assistant.
