My role can extend from independent pre-purchase assessments right through to hand-over and setting up new policies and procedures and training staff.Through MJM Consulting & Training, I have established a network of professional contacts within Accommodation and Tourism that I bring in to support the businesses I work with.Our assessment process includes interviewing key stakeholders and customer-facing staff to fully understand how the business runs, observing key service times and operational areas, reviewing rostering and analysis of cash flow and financial history of the business.One of my greatest joys is to see a business we have worked with begin flourish, utilising all its resources and enjoying increased customer trade and satisfaction.
