About Marion Munley

I use my law degree to help the catastrophically injured and their families during the worst period of their lives. I focus more specifically on those injured by trucking crashes, medical malpractice and products in the workplace. It is my goal and the goal of my firm to represent clients with individualized care and to treat them like members of our own family. We have developed lasting relationships with our personal injury clients who rely on us for our legal expertise and depend on us to be compassionate, responsive, and accessible while fighting relentlessly to make things right.My father was a trial lawyer, and I knew I wanted to advocate for those that could not advocate for themselves at a young age. He started Munley Law in 1959. In the past 30+ years, I have represented more than a thousand individuals and their families from Northeast Pennsylvania and across the country in complex personal injury litigation in both state and federal courts.I have been honored to receive some incredible local and national recognition over the years including being named one of the Top Ten Pennsylvania Super Lawyers in 2023. I have been named multiple times to the Super Lawyers list, and the Best Lawyers in America. Most recently, I was recognized by Best Lawyers as the 2023 "Lawyer of the Year" for Product Liability Litigation (Plaintiffs in Northeastern Pennsylvania) I also received the Mel Award from The Belli Society.
