I benefit from >15 years of expertise with basic and translational research projects which helps me to understand the challenges that scientists face with respect to research implementation. I enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams because it is inspiring to see how combined efforts and expertise eventually lead to breakthroughs and innovations. I am optimistic, cheerful and good at motivating people, which helps to keep me and my colleagues going in challenging times.
