During that time, I developed a method of increasing calls to sales conversion on an individual level and became one of the top 3 agents in the company. Based on that experience, I co-founded PlusOne Company in May of 2008. Since the creation of PlusOne, I've continued to develop systems, training and success management programs that improve agent and company performance in the direct response and call center selling environment.
