Jobs Services is a student non-profit organization of the Normandy Business School. Its main goal is to find jobs for students. Made up of 5 members, the organization works like a temporary jobs agency since it canvasses companies (jobs providers), hire students and do all the administrative formalities from the employment contract to the remuneration of students through social agencies procedures.As communication and event responsible, my main actions were to :► Update communication materials of the organization (internet page, brochures, business cards)► Manage the media visibility : radio (NRJ) and newspapers (Ouest-France)► Organize events for clients (companies providing jobs) or/and students► Train the actual managing team► Manage actions in collaboration with other local organizations: Ahjav, DUNE, Les Blouses Roses.► Participate to the organisation of joint event with the other association of the Business School► Stand for the organization at the Business School events such as Open Day or admission period
