I bring to my work an unshakeable passion for working with and supporting people, communities, and organisations to fulfil their potential and thrive. Compassion, humanity, inclusiveness and integrity are core values I uphold. My work is focused on strengthening mental health and well being, reducing suicide and addressing social determinants that contribute to vulnerabilities and despair. I have experiences as a senior executive in public, private and not for profit organisations. I am a small business owner (2007 onwards) and have post graduate qualifications in education and human resources/change management. I have lived experience of mental health/suicide, completed an expansive array of related national, state and local consulting assignments and delivered 100s of well being and suicide prevention training programs across Australia.I recognise the wisdom and strength of First Nations Peoples and value working with these peoples in ways that best ensure their voices and needs are heard, understood and actioned.My 2021 Westpac Social Change Scholarship is testament to the impact of my social innovative work and commitment to improves the lives of others.
