Constant relationship with the legal department due to identity thefts and legal claims.- Study and validation of those payments requested by players who meet the requirements. Expert in detecting fraudulent documents (passports, property deeds or bank documents).- Incidents in payment methods. Chargebacks. Card thefts.

Criminal Intelligence department:- Information acquisition from open sources.- Checking and updating the status of the tool data.- Research and identification of relevant sources for each of the research lines
