Ensure all deliveries as per given SLA and conduct action plan to improve and provide consistent results by coordinate with First & Last Mile team Ensure effective & efficient usage of resources both Manpower and Vehicle Turn Around (Schedule Adherence, Cut Off Time, Vehicle Utilization, Reload Factor, Driver Avaibility & Productivity, and Cash Management)  Establish a good relation with other Function and stakeholder specially with Sort Hub Team to prevent Backlog and to provide quick action when sort hub having disruption issues Drive safety behavios to the team, prevent and reduce accident Provide Driver Support, Driver Training & Tools by coordination with another Function and Vendor to ensure they have been coached and trained properly Work Close to Supervisor to ensure implementation of SOP & Policies up to date, handle any problematic issues and dealing with external parties when needed

Under Business Development Department PT. TPIL Logistics, a subsdiary of PT.SPIL LinersResponsibility : Responsible for TPIL Outport Operation in 18 branches across Indonesia include Inbound & Outbound Shipment  Monitor All Vendors performances to ensure SLA Delivery and Cost Reduction Negotiate Deliveries Cost with Vendor at every Port to ensure delivery cost meet the target and Document Control Supervised all Outport Supervisor KPI and close control delivery activities to ensure SLA Delivery and reduce Demmurage Cost Monitor lead time document return from Vendor to ensure collection as per given SLA Support Data Inbound for Sales Team and Ops Team Problem solving for any deliveries problems including claim,  Support legal documentation and negotiation for opening new branch operation
