    Lead the Shared Service Center Chile (15 people), reporting to CFO South America, responsible to identify and execute all process improvement and model transformation needed to convert it into a world class services to support businesses growth in Chile.- Led the transformation of the Shared Service Center Chile by enhancing the communication and collaboration within the team, adjust functions and roles that increased the customer satisfaction, better coordination with business´s headquarter, while obtaining a better workload balance during closing periods.- Simplified more than 30 key financial processes on each 23 business units over 9 legal entities using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, reducing the cycle time while increasing controllership´s KPIs.- Led ERP migration for 3 platforms (Softland, SunSystems, QAD) to consolidate them into the global Oracle instance for all financial modules and electronic billing in 5 months for 4 legal entities, to meet company strategy goals on ERP and finance operations strategy goals.- Planned and led the migration of all financial processes to the Global Shared Service Center in Mexico in 6 months (9 Legal Entities-23 Business Units – supported by 2 Oracle and 3 SAP global instances). - Assisted on 2 SAP global implementations (Energy and HealthCare) by validating Chile business requirements and local statutory & tax as well, and facilitating the communication between local key users, business leaders and the global implementation team.- Collaborated on the planning and execution of Alstom merge & acquisition in Chile with the different business functions and management, change management, initial takeover of finance TI operations and later on the migration to the Global Shared Service Center in Mexico.
