DUTIES:* Managed E-mail applications, proxy servers & antivirus servers.* Installation & deployment of Cisco & DLink Network and VoIP Devices.* Installation of rack-mounted IT equipment, power and network cabling.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:* Reduced costs by 42% for the Company in Data & Voice Communication between Headquarters and Branches by re-designing, negotiating and implementing all data and voice infrastructure (VoIP) for 52 branches.* Reduced costs by 34% by replacing the IT outsourced services by forming the IT department in the Company, including selecting the employees for the IT staff.
