Among others, I performed the acquisition of the second biggest IT company in Puerto Rico, which doubled the size of IPSA. I leaded the relationships with banks (for acquisition finance) and public institutions such as ICO and Cofides. - To professionalize the FP&A practice in the company. I leaded: i) the redesign of all traditional processes to become paperless; ii) the implementation of ERP Navision, which helped us to make agile decisions and to have a better understanding of the operating costs; and iii) the first audit by a Big Four (KPMG).In my 5 years working at IPSA, the company multiplied its revenue by 2.5x, it reduced its operating costs in 3pp, obtained financing of c.15 million euros for inorganic growth and it reduced its working capital by c.25%.
