Responsible for delivery of exceptional service levels during the processing of the mortgage loans, to both the member and the Credit Union. Handle a pipeline of 25-35 loans of all loan types with minimal assistance. Work with other departments to insure the workflow or process is providing the best service to the members. Promotes honest and open communication throughout the Credit Union and with our members.

Assist with Home Equity payoff quotes, processing payoff checks, and the release process. Prepare Deed of Releases to be sent and recorded with the county. Various other tasks throughout the department that include, but not limited to, auto loan title work, processing payoff checks, and lien releases.

Assist members with their banking needs and questions via video on an ITM (Interactive Teller Machine). Cross-sell and refer members to other products and services the Credit Union offers. Think critically when a member issue arises and solve it effectively. Keep up-to-date on Credit Union regulations and procedures so work is compliant and correct.

Assist with all store functions and help customers with clothing advice and suggestions. Some of my responsibilities include keeping an accurate register in a fast-paced environment, maintaining the cleanliness of the store and making it appealing to customers, resolving any customers issues, and being willing to adapt to any situation/task given during the day.

Taught basic English vocabulary, grammar, and skills to Spanish children ranging from ages 5-12 years old through classroom lessons, activities/games, and songs. A typical day included reviewing the previous class vocabulary and then introducing new vocabulary that expanded on previously learned material. For the young learners classes were held in both English and Spanish, but classes for the older children were primarily conducted in English.

Helped customers with their banking and financial needs by opening savings, checking, Certificate of Deposit and IRA accounts. Originated and processed consumer and mortgage loan products that included personal, CD, vehicle, and home equity loans. Marketed and cross-sold additional banking products to customers as their needs apply. Supervised and assisted closing tellers.
