As a co-founder and CEO of Civic House, I lead a team of passionate and talented professionals who work to strengthen social startups in Latin America. With over 15 years of experience in the intersection of tech and social change, I have developed and executed strategies to scale impact, become self-sustainable, and create high-performance teams.My mission is to facilitate the use of technology for social change, leveraging my expertise in innovation, data, and civic tech. I have co-founded several ventures that aim to solve social and environmental challenges, such as Donar Online, Nilus, Kubadili, and Wingu. I also continuously seek to learn and grow as a leader, having completed courses in public narratives, leadership, and storytelling at Harvard University, and coaching, people management, and negotiation at IAE Business School.
