Mario R. Stanley, an experienced climber of eleven years, leads groups and individuals to their “mountain top” experience. Mario guides, teaches, and prepares kids, adults, and groups to attain success in rock climbing (outdoor and indoor) and team building. He is a rock climbing coach and personal trainer at the prestigious Summit Climbing gyms in Dallas, Carrollton, and Grapevine, Texas.He recently led and summited Mt. Whitney, at 14, 508 ft, the tallest mountain in the contiguous 48 states. He has successfully guided trips in California, Nevada, Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. While in Dallas, and not guiding all over the country, Mario coaches and trains adults through his program ClimbFit, helping people reach their full climbing potential, at Summit Dallas and Carrollton. He encourages and strengthens kids to their fullest ability through his kids program at Summit Dallas. His programming is tailored to combine fun with a challenge, while balancing individual accomplishment with team spirit.Mario is also the cofounder of High Point Expeditions, a new guiding company located in the DFW area. He is NOLS Wilderness First Responder trained and an instructor for CPR and First Aid.
