Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of precut and custom-built swimming pools for residential and commercial clients. Ensured all projects were completed to high safety and quality standards, providing excellent customer service and technical expertise.Key Responsibilities:• Installed precut swimming pools, including site preparation, structural assembly, and ensuring all components met safety regulations.• Conducted routine pool maintenance, including water testing, chemical balancing, cleaning, and equipment inspection.• Performed troubleshooting and repair of pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing components.• Collaborated with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and safety.• Advised clients on pool maintenance best practices, safety procedures, and seasonal care for optimal pool performance.

• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales.• Taking inventory.• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.• Inventory stock and reorder when necessary.• Filling a report about the ongoing sales.

• Monitor orders and handle issues from the watchlist.• Ensure that delivery zone performance and delays are on track.• Make corrective actions whenever needed (even before needed).• Monitor order routing and make adjustments.• Handle incoming contact from vendors and riders through chat.

• Technical support on telephony, Internet and IPTV issues.• Use of Oracle Siebel, WCRM, TCSP, Curbas, Axiros etc.• Use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Skype.• Continuous training on technical issues of telecommunications and networks, as well as on soft skills and hard skills.• Troubleshooting on technical issues and requests of subscribers with the goal to resolve them on first contact or to forward them to the appropriate departments.• Update our subscribers on their technical issues or requests progress.
