I serve as the main source of information for Alliance agreements, technical work plans, and competitive intelligence.• Alliances Leadership: Successfully manage pivotal partnerships from launch to conclusion showcasing expertise in proactive relationship management, issue identification, and alignment to Alliance objectives. • Governance Champion: Implement and manage effective governance practices, including running joint committee meetings, project planning, monitoring milestones, overseeing budgets and invoicing, and managing agreements to ensure optimal Alliance operations.• Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate cross-functional alignment among Legal, Finance, BD, R&D, and Executive Leadership teams on important technical and contractual terms to foster collaboration and value creation.• Strategic Decision Support: Inform decision-making for key initiatives through delivery of critical competitive intelligence, risk and differentiation assessments, and clinical development insights to facilitate prioritization by C-suite and BOD. • Business Development: Actively support BD initiatives and partner engagement by crafting term sheets, work plans, case studies, pitch decks, and virtual data rooms for asset diligence.
