Manage the design and development of software based automation tools for system validation process.Develop group level procedures for software test bench production standardization implementing technical standards.Identify strategy and approach for system under test verification and validation.Develop test plan and report protocol according to the internal policy.Create software tools for parallel acquisition of standalone measurement devices involved in test.

During this period I was involved in design and develop of an automated dyalisis machine test platform called "Archemis".The system has been developed using c# and some NI tools for external signal acquisition and communication.

Manage the design and development of small wind eolic turbine. During this project I've addressed all the design activities starting from requirements definition and normative compliance until the development teams coordination and the assembling of the prototipe. I also lead the wind gallery testing campaing in order to define the mathematical simulation model.

Management and design of an innovative system to grid and roast the cofee. The system has many indipentend rolls closed in control loop with process parameters. This system has a PCT patent pending. Also the cofee roasting machine was developed during the project and an innovative method for cooling the grains was found. This cooling system was based on the use of nitrose in a closed air circuit during and after roasting phase (the system has a PCT patent pending).Management and design of microvawe roller press for moulding of wood structurated panels. The process was designed for continuous flow with microvawe heating technology. The simulation of the applicators of microvawes and the evaluation of the renderings of the waves guides has been made with Concerto modeler tool. Designed, in this case, also an innovative system of rotating choke for microvawes.
