Emerald is a pro-bono initiative by INSEAD that seeks to generate a positive business impact through the means of consulting and advisory.

-Participated in the evaluation of business plans by reviewing their compatibility with the liquidator's interests, maximising returns for the Bank of Greece while also balancing the interests of the firm under liquidation.-Evaluated the various alternatives of the liquidation process through the use of various models (like DCF on Excel) to determine the optimal solution to each specific case.-Assisted in the negotiations with firms under liquidation to reach potentially mutually profitable solutions. Attended meetings, shadowed interests and objections of parties involved and took notes for futures use by the Department.-Helped in the creation of analytical reports of the liquidation process for senior management to utilise in their negotiations.

-Assisted in the preparation of weekly financial reports. Developed and utilised spreadsheets, databases and other computer applications to present the firm's candidate projects.-Participated in the assessment of ongoing projects by assisting in the evaluation of the customer's reports and demands using the firm's tools and past experience.-Provided general accounting support. Assisted with statistical analysis and other special projects.
