Having had extensive experience in both the hotel and the restaurant business, I have developed a thorough understanding of the multi-faceted hospitality industry. My major in Finance at university followed by my experience as a hospitality consultant have also enabled me to obtain a thorough understanding of the investment perspective of the industry. After being employed over several years in world class firms in key cities of Europe, I returned to Cyprus in 2010 to be employed at Louis Hotels, one of the largest hotel groups in Southeastern Europe spanning a successful course of over 80 years in the tourism industry. I now hold the position of COO and am directly responsible for the company's day to day operations in our 25+ properties, with direct involvement in executive decision making, innovation, strategy, and expansion at the corporate level.My extensive experience allows me to tackle any hospitality related opportunity, operational or not. Moreover, my IT knowledge has enabled me to integrate technology into day to day tasks and hotel operations, keeping up with the times and constantly developing methods to stay ahead of competition while thriving to exceed my employer's expectations.
