Current• Tight interaction with product managers / stakeholders to implement RQA metrics as relevance/precision/recall process for key products at Comcast.• Design and development of daily metrics for relevance and statistical analysis for key Comcast production environment.• Design and implementation of relevance metrics, working with developers team and research group to improve key products at Comcast, such as xfinitytv.comcast.net, X1/2• Responsible to produce detailed reports for RQA (relevance metrics) that are present to Comcast high management personal.• Responsible for relevance metrics reports for each release of key products for Comcast business.• Active member of “Relevance Team” to constantly improve key Comcast products.• Responsible for relevance metrics between Comcast key products and direct competitors.
