· Development of the business model for the AfterSales Service Division· Implementation of the business model and lines of action in the different geographic areas of the world· Responsible for the Global Sales Action Plan· Responsible for the achievement and following-up of the Global Sales budget for the Service Division· Leadership and coordination of international team of promoters· Sales analysis and reporting to Global Top Management· Collaboration for the development of the Business Intelligence tool· Sales leadership in Top Management monthly, quarterly and yearly reviews· Collaboration in the development of the business strategy for s/t, m/t and l/t· Co-responsible for the Marketing department

Performance of the Marketing & Communication functions for different business areas: Chemical Industry, Pharma&Cosmetics, Food&Confectionery, Minerals&Mining and AfterSales Service Dept.

· Strategy and promotional actions for brand relaunch.· Redesign of website, Social Networks and online strategies.· Regulatory Affairs in brand relaunch campaign and new labeling.· Management and organization of National Congresses for Infant Nutrition and Clinic Nutrition.· Design of literature for health professionals and corporate Brandbook.· Design of gadgets and materials for products of varied Special Medical Use (PLV) of Infant Nutrition and Clinical Nutrition and Leadership in relations with their suppliers.· Operational Plan 2019 Infant Nutrition and Clinical Nutrition.· Market and feasibility research for the creation of new product lines.· Support in international relations and strategies.
