Coordination of the Programa Conexão, a project that emerged from the partnership between CDI - Rede Cidadã and Accenture, for the training and referral of young people to the formal job market. After almost a year of intense work, 3 large and new partnerships closed (Natura, Carrefour and Sete Brasil), more than 7,300 young people trained and more than 4,000 employees.

Recode is the new brand of CDI - Committee for Democracy in Information Technology. Responsible for all financial operations (in Brazil and abroad), execution of planning and budget, monitoring and fulfillment of goals, administrative routines, implementation of systems, negotiations with partner companies, donors and foundations and legal matters. The organization's overall budget was at the time $6,000,000. In addition to financial and administrative activities, I coordinated social projects of great impact such as "Amigos do Planeta Casas Bahia" and "Coletivo Coca-Cola, in addition to the regional office in São Paulo/SP

Recode is the new brand of CDI - Committee for Democracy in Information Technology. I was entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the financial, managerial, administrative, and operational aspects of all programs undertaken by CDI. Additionally, I am responsible for supervising and coordinating the CDI Network, which encompasses 33 regional offices and 753 CDI schools across Brazil and nine other countries.Furthermore, I was responsible for providing support for all fundraising activities, including prospect cultivation, grant writing, program development, partner negotiations, and mentoring for local CDI offices and staff.

I started my career as a recently graduated civil engineer, with my main function being to manage foundation works, groundwater lowering, slope stabilization, and soil testing, among others. A notable project during that time was the construction of Line 3 of the São Paulo subway. Over the years, I took on new responsibilities until I reached the position of General Production Manager, responsible for the technical and execution aspects of all projects spread across several states in Brazil, reporting directly to the company's partner-president. For 18 years, I coordinated work on geotechnical heavy construction projects such as subways, dams, tunnels, and roads, where I was able to develop as a specialized professional in various services provided.
