Patrolling within INDITEX d.o.o. store premises, circulating among shoppers to detect and prevent possible theft and monitoring of video surveillance for suspicious behavior. Transport and escort of money in armored vehicles to prevent theft and ensure safe delivery.

Selling tech goods and working at the cash register. Maintaining inventory and shopwindows. If need be, helping out customers and providing technical support.As a VIPnet d.o.o. partners we were also doing contract work. Acquisitions, prolonging of contracts, cost management and mobile phone sales.

A step up from T-Com because I was assigned on a business(small and medium) Sales section. Selling and acquistions were focused on companies. Included was giving information and technical help with info on new products and services, benefits, discounts and doing cost management. We had weekly team meetings, with work reports and analysis.

During my time in T-Com as a callcenter agent I was providing information to individuals and companies. Advising on sales and giving technical help for mobile phones and landlines. With all that I was offering new contracts and renewing old contracts with sales of mobile phones.

As a service manager I was in charge of controlling and maintaining supllies within the warehouse and the office storage. My duties were to assemble orders for spare parts and boilers from domestic and foreign(Italy) suppliers for the domestic market. Selling parts to repair man on the field was an everyday routine and so was managing seminars and crash courses for them. While in office I was translating manuals for new products, spare parts and brochures. Crash courses had to contain new information for the boilers on the market, targeted customers, etc. As a part of their education it was also mine. Communication on different levels of understanding, putting vital information on presentations, explaining to customers why our products are the best and negotiate my way into closure. My education was sometimes abroad, in Italy, where our office took lessons on new parts containing new materials and also new products.
