The primary point of contact to liaise between property managers, banking institutions and accounting platforms. My role as a Client Services Manager consists of developing client relations and managing all proxy advisory inquiries. I execute and monitor the ongoing account maintenance of clients who consist of institutional investors, hedge funds and pension plans.

While at Bank of America I assisted Bank of America Credit Card Customers who were experiencing financial stress. I assessed customer debt to income level to help provide alternate debt reduction options.

As a Financial intern at Corbett Accel I performed quarterly comparisons of estimated contract hours in accordance to actual time. I also assisted with the monthly financial reconciliations of agencies and major client accounts.
