The system must primarily support the functions related to the administration and centralization of taxpayer information and their tax objects, the strategies and execution of tax collection, the management of tax procedures, and providing taxpayers with the services and information they require.The tasks performed were focused on ensuring that the assigned use cases met the functional requirements set by the District Treasury (SDH), as agreed upon in the project.Modules involved in these functions include the Citizen Registration and Update System (SRAC) and Procedure Tracking System (SSET).
