I joined IIT in 2011 as System Administrator and Tier III Specialist for the IT Service Desk, building a strong expertise in ITIL Service Operation, Incident Management and Continual Service Improvement.I was responsible for managing both the infrastructure and the application stack of the Windows/Linux physical and virtual farm, handling the most advanced incidents and problems with a keen eye on security and IaC automation, supporting over time the evolution towards cloud solutions.Over the years I've known a growth in my duties and responsibilities towards roles as Solution Architect and Service Owner for strategic interdepartmental administrative and scientific research projects and solutions, shaping more than a few of company’s IT support tools, services and best practices.

We designed from scratch, developed, patented and prototyped fully in-house an Industry 4.0 platform addressed to the HORECA industry for digitalized monitoring of beer drafting in public venues and big data analytics for customer insights and behavior analysis.We won prizes in startup competitions and applied our prototype in a live environment for market validation and investors funding, attracting interest from established beer industry players.
