• Operational responsibility to plan, implement, execute, monitor and manage vessels operations for allocated voyage or time chartered vessels.• Establish and maintain transparent and professional relationship with Customer.• Follow-up for assigned customers (customers database, active engagement in building customer knowledge and relationship).• Collaborate effectively with other OT and Third party located Operations groups• To organize and implement instructions to Ship Master, port agents, bunker agents and other related parties while maintaining a good relationship.• To ensure an optimal vessel’s performance and to minimize operations costs, in accordance with charter party terms and conditions, as well as international & local legislations.• To provide follow up on various claims, in case happen on fixture(s): coordinate with other operational functions and respond timely, effectively and proactively.• To keep regular contact with customers (both internal/external), freight and commodity traders, brokers, agents and owners to keep abreast of the developments and the execution of the voyage and contract, helping foresee opportunities and risks, and building strong relationships• Collaborate effectively with Marine Ops Coordinator function to timely resolve any operational issues and avoid customers impact, ensuring minimum loss for own PnL• Overall accountability on voyage PnL for running voyages and able to explain any variances to the traders, accountants.

Pre-plans and manages the voyage operation ensuring safety,cost management, hold preparations requirements.Co-ordinate vessel activities between the Trade Group, Port Operation Group , Agent and TerminalsAccurate completion and distribution of all voyage related documentation/information.Direct link between the Master in terms of Voyage execution.Coordinate vessel operations with relevant trade group. Ensure that communication with all the parties including vessels, port captains, ship managers, agents, stevedores, other associated companies and sub contractors is done correctly and in accordance with existing work instructions as outlined in the BMS otherwise as per valid charter party and contract conditions.Pre-planning of coastal passages, hold preparation requirements, port call pre-plan preparation to be carried out in conjunction with the relevant branch office round Voyage Team.To be responsible for controlling and minimizing all other costs associated with the vessel’s voyage and for seeking to maximize operational efficiency at all times.To work closely with his/her ships command to ensure full common understanding of the voyage priorities and joint pre-planning of upcoming coastal passages, in co-ordination with the local responsible trade officer.Responsible to closely monitor vessel’s speed and fuel consumption during the voyage.Calculate cargo intake, coordinate preparation of prestos plans, including detailed tier plans as and when required in accordance with applicable port restrictions.Liaise and/or seek assistance from relevant branch office POG on stowage.Plan the voyage from start to finish. Anticipate possible in advance and adjust plans as needed to achieve most cost-effective solutions. Respond to any problems that arise during the voyage. Always strive to ensure safety is maintained.
