These applications cater to critical aspects such as factory-based vehicle warranty and goodwill processes, while also equipping dealerships with essential tools.Main Responsibilities as a manual ST:- Analyze user requirements and system specifications:- Analyze user and technical requirements and system specifications;- Investigate defects from a technical perspective, considering system architecture and component/layer integration (DB, jobs, services, UI, front-end, back-end, etc.);- In constant discussions with the client regarding requirements and specificationsTestcase design and execution:- Design functional and non-unctional tests for good coverage of system functional behaviour, UI/UX;- Covers edgecases;- Able to apply Black Box and White Box test case design techniques- Adapt test coverage- Create test- strategies and use cases for different types of features.- Create a test plan.Status and bug reports:- Set the severity of a bug while also considering the technical implications;- Set priority for a bug, considering its impact on the user experience, area of application, testing configuration, and project timeline and priorities;- Report bugs having all relevant details resulted from the investigation;Main Responsibilities as an Automation ST:- Implementing with my colleagues and infrastructure for automation (Selenium-Cucumber)- Writing the scenarios in Gherkin and constantly talking with the PO and client regarding feedback on the written scenarios- Automation the Scenarios (UI/API/DB)- Finding solutions to all technical problems that might arise- Thinking ahead, implementing PoC, and presenting them as potential solutions for upcoming tasks- Maintenance/Refactoring of the existing tests
