Responsible for all company's websites and ERP systems maintenance and development. Taking part in software functionality and architecture planning. Building new features for all systems and making integrations with SaaS products like accounting and telephony systems. Built a new software development team consisting of in-house and outsource developers. Managing work for 5 developers and an outsource company with around 7 developers and 3 QAs. Together with a self made team reorganising and improving IT infrastructure that includes hardware, software and network. Have implemented effective IT project management procedures and IT department structure.Some of the main projects:- Researched and implemented Zebra handheld scanning devices for car preparation center – 70 employees.- For the cars preparation centre developed a separate system that consists of an Android application and web based interface.- Planned and developed a new logistics management module.- Completed technological update of the main ERP system.- Further development of websites by adding new functionalities, like wishlist, reservations, user accounts, reviews and much more.

Management of ScandiPWA and Magento 2 implementation projects that are related to ecommerce site development and integration with other systems like ERP and CRM. Involves work with designers, developers, QA specialists, SEO team and assistants. Leading all the stages of ecommerce projects - discovery, solution and resources planning, delivery and go-live. Sprint planning and execution. Making sure the project goes according to the roadmap and budget. Together with 2 co-founders we founded an ecommerce company selling CBD products in all 3 Baltic countries. I was responsible for Shopify and Mozello website building, marketing and accounting. Learned how to develop and maintain a company in Estonia. Hempnord was active for around 2 years with more than 200 recurring customers.

Responsible for all IT infrastructure, cyber security, GDPR, LEAN and IT development in the company located in Latvia, Russia and UK. Together with partners maintaining and developing systems like GSuite, ERP, CRM and more. Always eager to find new solutions how to make processes more effective.

Team lead of a 5 people team.Taking care of IT administration, projects and software development for the company. One of Co-Founders of the company RockIT solutions and SaaS roko.lv. Roko.lv was a web based customer feedback platform where anyone could rate services for almost any company in Latvia, campaigns and events. It was possible to praise, suggest something or complain about services or an event. Companies received obtained data as nice visual layouts in their accounts. I was responsible for the management of the company, product development and sales. Product was developed and lunched in Latvia.

I managed printing projects, made estimates, acquired new clients and consulted about marketing and printing questions. Had about 60 projects per month.

I managed project "KasirKredīts" workgroup and all project's activities. My work was to plan activities, calculate budget for them and lead team members.

Reviewed enterprises' annual reports. Checked different enterprises' processes for mistakes and gave reports of what I have found. Prepared information for analysis and different documents in English and Latvian. Also translated documents in and from English. I took part in 2 large audits.

My work was direct selling of books. I worked 13,5 hours per day and all 3 months learned communication and selling skills from our coaches. Also managed to earn "Success Coin" for 80 working hours in a week.
