I am currently dedicating my energy to National Dance Company Wales as their Engagement Producer. I am passionate about Dance and about Dance being for everybody and so am thrilled to be working in this role. I believe the world would be a happier and healthier place if everyone danced more. I hope to create plenty of dance opportunities in this role.I also teach Nia and Biodanza classes in my local community and at retreats and special events. Nia is a blended fitness technique drawing on the dance arts, healing arts and martial arts. Nia classes will tone your body, still your mind, and lift your spirits so that you walk out of the class clear thinking and emotionally refreshed. Biodanza classes are powerful, nurturing and tender. Biodanza uses music, movement and connection to help us expand our hearts and flourish and thrive in life and in our relationships.I have produced many musical theatre productions for Welsh National Opera and Wales Millennium Centre including Migrations, The Freedom Season, Tiger Bay the Musical, Only the Brave, Tosca, Broadway to the Bay, The Land, Sea, Sky Trilogy, and Wales at No.1. I have also worked as an International Tour Manager for Cape Town Opera and Wales Millennium Centre.
