I supported project managers throughout the data collection stages, taking part in various tasks for both qualitative and quantitative projects. My involvement ranged from assisting in the creation and testing of surveys to preparing samples, conducting fieldwork, and ensuring data cleanliness through data cleaning processes.

I was responsible for two projects in the field of migration and social entrepreneurship. As a part of the migration project, I organised seminars, planned and implemented intercultural evenings and other activities to empower young people to discuss migration and different cultures. I also produced and edited a short video series consisting of 5 videos: “7 questions with a migrant.” My main role for the second project was to coordinate and support activities in Georgia. I handled communication with the partners and met with local municipalities in Georgia as a part of that project.Additionally, I managed the organisation's social media accounts, promoted events, helped to facilitate youth exchanges, and handled various administrative duties.

During my internship at Statistics Estonia, I assisted the project portfolio manager in the process of establishing the concept of project managing into the organisation's everyday workflow, including supporting project managers in their activities and helping to expand their knowledge in the field.

During my project management internship at YFU, my main tasks were to support and communicate with prospective exchange students, and communicate with embassies and other YFU offices all over the world.

I supervised everyday work at the museum of KGB prison cells, leading a team of four. Initiated and designed a project for creating a souvenir shop, and coordinated it from start to finish, including finding and partnering with the suppliers, and planning the demand.
