I am a determined, recent law graduate with work experience in diverse fields. I have had the opportunity to work in the capacity of leadership. I have also had lots of success with teamwork and independent work. As a result, I have had the chance to manifest and refine innate abilities and gained other beneficial qualities. These have evolved into transferable skills, such as lateral and strategic thinking. In correspondence, I can create, plan and execute despite systemic difficulties. These capabilities came into good use when my ability to persuade and influence others to work towards a common goal enabled me to build an active church Youth Ministry from the ground up within a relatively short time. This increased attendance by 100%. I accomplished this with intelligent and talented teenagers who sometimes felt misunderstood or disgruntled. I simultaneously volunteered with the Children's Ministries department during this period. I influenced stakeholders to adopt radical changes to their mode of operations. These transformations resulted in an efficient and enjoyable working environment for all parties.I have also demonstrated diligence and results-oriented professionalism. My endeavours exceeded the expectations of employers. As a result, I was entrusted with a supervisory role and subsequently offered a rarely granted permanent contract.My vision is to leverage my gained experience and skill to offer great value to organisations.
