In February 2016, I joined Towne Retail, a privately owned commercial real estate development company founded over 50 years ago. My responsibilities include handling all leasing and sales for Towne Retails portfolio, as well as handling all of the marketing for the company. Including the website, marketing materials and packages, as well as signage.

In June 2012, I received a promotion moving from the Marketing department to the Development department working one of the owners, Donna Deerin Ward, assisting her with all the development projects, the leasing of the projects as well, as learning every facet there is about the development process from the beginning stages to completion and tenant turnover.

My position responsibilities to include but are not limited to maintaining all of the marketing for both leasing, development and managed properties. Daily job functions include brochures, website, marketing packages and the organization of (3) conventions that our company attends throughout the year. Also, I play a role in leasing, assisting all leasing agents with lease proposals, lease agreements, sales meetings and a variety of special projects required by the office.
