As part of the Learning & Development team (L&D), I have the responsibility to: - Prepare and manage the Technical Pedagogical Dossiers for most of the trainings (e.g. documental management and validation, archive information in the company's network, Technical Pedagogical Dossier validation for audit purposes, etc.);- Fill reports with trainee and training information (e.g. attendance and training assessment results);- Create and issue the training Certificates on SIGO and deliver it to the trainees;- Elaborate the Permanence Commitment Agreements;- Prepare the Annual Training Plan;- Analyze and validate training certification requests;- Follow-up on the Group initiatives/trainings;- Support the execution of the company’s financed training activities.

Currently working at the client's site (Natixis), I am part of the Project Management team (PMO) and I support the HR / Training Departments as well, in a multicultural environment:- Manage travel requests;- Work with multiple calendars to find the perfect schedule for interviews (client-candidates);- Update project reports (Recruitment KPIs; Recruitment Bonus Reports);- Update data on JIRA tool and do Basic L1 Support to the team;- Work with excel on an intermediate level to do some reports;- Training management, organisation and monitoring (for French, English and technical trainings) - Continuously doing the follow-up with the supplier, the purchasing team and finally with the consultant;- Schedule trainings;- Issue the certificates for the trainings in the SIGO Platform;- Work as a connection point between the consultants and the HR team (doubts clarification, e.g: about time and expenses reporting);- Other HR administrative tasks in different fields.
