Culture Specialist
Current- Building the roadmap for organizational culture development, and leading related programs;- Supporting teams in establishing and maintaining healthy and efficient governance models and collaboration practices, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement;- Advising the CEO and Managers, and facilitating strategic discussions with regard to employee engagement;- Gathering quantitative and qualitative data and building reports for C-levels and managers;- Designing and delivering trainings on current and new processes and tools;- Communicating internally and externally on organizational culture and employee engagement matters.
