Manage case and prepare product to be sold out on the floor. In charge of preparing pizza dough, ingredients, sauces, and assembling pizzas to be baked or sold as take-and-bake, receiving and stocking ingredients.

Fulfill customer orders and answer any questions that they may have about any of the chef prepared foods, Deli meats or cheeses. Work closely with chefs in order to keep product readily available to customers and help prep or package food when necessary. I was given the title “Associate of the Month” in February 2020.

As a camp counselor I was responsible for working with children aged 5-12 years of age to lead them in experiencing farm life on a 10-acre fifth generation farm. Voted as a Top 7 Farm Camp in 2016 by Modern Farmer.
