I enjoy other people's company, in a clique way, I am a people person. But what makes me a better candidate is not that I listen (which I do), but is because I am patient. I listen to people to try and understand them instead of trying to respond. I don't try to rush them, or cut them short. In doing this, I build stronger relationships. I am also a very calm person. I can usually put myself in other people shoes, and try to understand why they are behaving in such a way. It takes a lot for me to loose my cool.
