I co-founded and am co-director of a women's a cappella singing quartet. We perform, arrange, and teach polyphonic singing music from around the world as well as original and modern music.

I utilize the tools of Somatic Experiencing, contemplative spiritual practice, vocal work, authentic movement, eco-psychology, and peer counseling to support clients in developing leadership capacity and living their fullest, freest lives.
