I am a third year student at the University of Northern Iowa majoring in Management Information Systems. Throughout my time at UNI, I have found both passion and purpose through a variety of leadership opportunities and coursework. I am currently the Student Associate Team Leader of Processing and Data Management through the Office of Admissions at UNI. I have also been a participant in the Student Employee Leadership Program, and was both a nominee and winner of the Servant Leadership Award in 2023. From these roles, I have greatly grown professionally, academically, and as a person. By participating in and supporting our team's culture, I have found a deep appreciation for encouraging collaboration.I was raised in small-town Iowa with my four siblings. Growing up, my parents had labeled me one thing, "determined." I have always been passionate about learning, and believe that there is always something more to know. It is a goal of mine that through my work I may benefit others, along with always creating something better every day. With my earned knowledge from the University of Northern Iowa, I strive to bring determination to the table.
